MSH Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Miami to help run the recruiting engine smoothly. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, manage logistics and ensure a great candidate experience.

In this role you will coordinate interview logistics, keep ATS records current, and support offers, background checks and pre‑hire paperwork. A proactive, organized, people‑oriented professional has a clear path to a recruiter role as MSH

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or fast-paced admin role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple calendars.
• Clear, professional communication over email and phone.
• Comfort with Outlook, Teams, Zoom and an ATS such as Workday or iCIMS.
• Service mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule phone, video and onsite interviews across multiple hiring teams.
• Send interview confirmations, invites and prep details to candidates and interviewers.
• Coordinate onsite logistics, including arrival instructions, parking and visitor access.
• Keep candidate records and interview status up to date in the ATS.
• Support offer letters, background checks and pre-hire paperwork.
• Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact for candidates.
• Pull weekly recruiting reports and pipeline updates.
• Assist with hiring events and job postings.
