Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Miami to source, assess, manage postings and approvals through the ATS, and onboard new hires. The role involves intake meetings with hiring managers, opening positions in the ATS, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating interviews, and driving the recruitment process end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting with strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Financial services experience a plus.
