Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Global Process Owner for Finance to define and standardize R2R and O2C processes across the organization. You will partner with IT/Digital, internal audit, and external providers to enable transition, stabilization, and ongoing improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in finance operations with R2R/O2C expertise, and a strong background in controls, governance, and ERP collaborations. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance operations and/or end-to-end process ownership.
• Deep expertise in R2R and/or O2C within a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Strong working knowledge of controls, compliance, and audit requirements embedded into finance processes.
• Hands-on experience partnering with IT/ERP teams on implementation or major enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end global process scope for R2R and O2C, with inputs/outputs and ownership.
• Create scalable process designs aligned to operating model and franchise realities.
• Develop governance routines and escalation paths across GBS and suppliers.
• Publish and maintain ownership rights, RCAs, and documentation.
