Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a Global Process Owner for Finance Value Streams to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Account-to-Report globally. You will drive governance, standardization, and digital transformation using process mining, analytics, automation, and AI.

Partner across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and Technology to deliver scalable, compliant finance capabilities aligned with Bose's strategy and future-state design.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in Finance, Procurement, Global Business Services, or Transformation.
• Experience leading global P2P, A2R, or comparable Finance value streams.
• Proven success in process standardization, governance, and large-scale ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong executive influencing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own global P2P and A2R processes, standards, controls, and governance.
• Redesign and optimize Finance processes using process mining, analytics, AI, and best practices.
• Lead Finance process design for SAP S/4HANA and other digital initiatives; oversee ERP transformation.
• Influence senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Technology; drive change management.
