Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Global Process Owner to define and transform its global finance processes, including end-to-end R2R and O2C. You will standardize processes, embed controls, and partner with IT, Finance, and external providers to enable a scalable, compliant, and high-performing finance function.

You will own governance routines, performance measures, and transition activities, while driving productivity and benefits realization across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance operations and/or end-to-end process ownership.
• Experience defining and implementing global process standards, SOPs, and KPIs/SLAs.
• Strong working knowledge of controls, compliance, and audit requirements in finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with IT/ERP implementations affecting R2R/O2C.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and drive adoption across regions.
• Travel internationally up to 25% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end R2R and O2C scope, inputs/outputs, handoffs, and ownership.
• Develop scalable global process designs aligned to the operating model and frontline realities.
• Define guardrails for standard vs. local variations and create process maps.
• Define functional requirements for outsourcing service delivery and establish traceability to design and KPIs.
• Build governance routines, ownership models, escalation paths, and RACI documentation.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure control readiness for transition.
• Lead transition, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
