CVS Health is recruiting for its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a three-year, rotational finance track designed for early-career professionals. You will rotate through FP&A, data analytics, financial operations, and controllership, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure within a Fortune 10 company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Analytics with completion between May 2026 and August 2027.
Strong finance and analytics foundation; interest in corporate finance at CVS Health.
Experience with data-driven decision making and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Participate in a three-year rotation across FP&A, Data Analytics & Visualization, Financial Operations and Controllership Fundamentals.
Develop financial analyses and executive communication to support business decisions.
Collaborate with leaders across finance to build a broad corporate finance foundation.
