Job summary

CB Partners, LLC is seeking a senior finance leader to move beyond traditional FP&A and act as a strategic business partner, guiding decisions, influencing performance, and supporting long-term growth across a multi-billion-dollar segment.

The role offers high visibility, executive exposure, and the opportunity to drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled finance initiatives while mentoring the finance team and collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience with a focus on FP&A, business finance, or strategy.
• Experience supporting large business units, P&Ls, or product lines.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions at an executive level.
• Superior communication and presentation skills; experience with BI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Own planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Enhance reporting, dashboards, and financial insights.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies in finance.
• Support digital transformation through automation and analytics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Present results and recommendations to exec leadership.
• Mentor finance team members and develop talent.
• Contribute to long-range planning and growth initiatives.
