Job summary

CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is seeking a Global Finance Lead in Atlanta to partner with regional business leaders, drive financial performance, and ensure accurate reporting across jurisdictions. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L, balance sheet, and working capital, and lead a local finance team while implementing global initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of financial management, MBA/CPA preferred, and strong ERP/BI skills to translate data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
10+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience within a multinational corporation or complex, multi-site environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles for the client.
Develop models to track regional performance against business goals and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including P&L oversight, balance sheet management, and working capital optimization.
Provide regular financial analytics to support decision-making, contract profitability assessments, and investment analysis.
Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
