Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance from a leading academic institution.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree in Finance with prior experience preferred.
• Top-tier corporate finance adviser/investment bank experience in M&A required.

Responsibilities

• Execute live deals in FIG including sell-side/buy-side M&A, spin-offs, LBOs and debt/equity advisory.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation analyses and market-specific studies.
• Draft client pitches and marketing materials for acquisitions, disposals and equity market options.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to produce transaction documents and analyses.
• Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative research on industries and companies.
• Manage analysts and oversee multiple work streams.
• Attend client meetings, industry conferences and training sessions.
