Rothschild & Co’s Real Estate Investment Banking team in New York seeks an Associate to lead and execute cross-border M&A, restructuring and debt/equity advisory. You will work with analysts, model complex financials, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-stakes advisory services for a global client base.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, cross-geography collaboration, and contributing to a culture of excellence within a leading independent advisory firm.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance (or similar) from a leading academic institution.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree in Finance with prior experience, preferred.
• Proven experience in top-tier corporate finance advisory/M&A.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in execution of live deals in Real Estate M&A with cross-border emphasis.
• Oversee analysts and perform financial modelling and valuations.
• Review strategic alternatives, acquisitions, mergers, and capital markets events.
• Prepare client pitches and marketing materials for acquisitions, disposals and refinancings.
• Conduct rigorous industry and company research and manage multiple projects.
