Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Global Support and Services Technician to join the Global Service & Support team. You will install, commission, operate, and maintain equipment across marine and land-based industries, travel about 30% internationally and domestically, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and training.

You will support quotations, order follow-up, and service proposals while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years in field service, commissioning, industrial maintenance, or technical support.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Willingness to travel ~30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical representative at customer sites, ensuring high-quality service.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning, startup, maintenance, and service activities safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support; assist in quotations and follow-ups.
