Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Global Support and Services Technician to join the Global Service & Support team. You will ensure installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of equipment across marine and land-based industries, traveling ~30% internationally and domestically.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, safety-focused, and customer-oriented, capable of working independently in fast-paced environments with varying tasks and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field service, commissioning, industrial maintenance, or technical support experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and passport / travel documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical representative at customer sites; deliver exceptional service.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning, startup, maintenance and service activities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment.
• Provide technical input to quotations, service proposals, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate service reports, time reporting, and documentation.
