Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Global Support and Services Technician to join the Global Service & Support team.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, training, and commissioning services across marine and land-based facilities. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, safety-focused, and customer-oriented, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or higher relevant to mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience in field service, commissioning, or industrial maintenance.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical representative at customer sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning, startup, maintenance, and service activities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical input to quotations and service proposals.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~30% of time.
