Job summary

United Safety and Survivability Corporation in Dayton, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver outstanding service, installation, and on-site maintenance of our safety systems. You will diagnose issues, train customers on products, document service activities, and coordinate parts and schedules to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of technician experience or equivalent mechanical ability.
Automotive or transit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during field visits.
Manage and execute all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose technical and customer issues/problems while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Provide technical training on our products.
Define and drive part sales through training and reviews.
Document field changes and processes for future product modifications and warranty claims.
Establish service requirements; order and gather components and parts.
Produce timely service reports and Sales Force ticket updates.
