Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment across North America.

The ideal candidate has hands-on electro-mechanical experience, is comfortable working in diverse environments, and willing to travel up to 75 percent, including occasional international assignments, while adhering to safety standards. You will use CRM/CMMS to document work and provide strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification.
• Hands-on electro-mechanical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics/diagrams.
• Familiarity with machine controls/PLC systems or willingness to learn.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, calibrate, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Utilize CRM/CMMS to track service activity, manage work orders, and document repairs.
• Provide customer service and technical support at client sites.
• Travel up to 75%, including occasional international assignments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
