Job summary

Archaea Energy, a bp company, is hiring a Field Service Technician based in Houston, TX. You will install, commission, and service industrial combustion and environmental equipment across North America and beyond, traveling extensively to customer sites.

You must have 5 years of mechanical/electrical field service experience, strong problem solving, and solid communication. Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook is required; a valid driver’s license is essential; readiness to work in

Qualifications

• Five years of industrial mechanical/electrical field service experience and/or training.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel as required to install and commission industrial systems.
• Complete field assembly of equipment as required.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of existing systems.
• Controls troubleshooting and modification.
• Perform maintenance services and client training.
• Collaborate with customers and management to improve processes.
• Any other duty assigned by Manager.
