Job summary

MAAG Group seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver top-grade technical support for Maag/Gala equipment. The role involves on-site and remote maintenance, installation, and repair, with frequent travel to customer sites.

You will train customers, collaborate with engineering and sales, and uphold safety and quality standards across multiple industries. Hybrid work arrangement and discretionary bonus eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical skills a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Valid US driver’s license required for travel

Responsibilities

• Independently travels nationally and internationally as Maag/Gala’s primary technical representative to customers
• Provides on-site and remote support for installation, maintenance and repair of equipment
• Conducts training for customers at Maag/Gala facilities or customer sites
• Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing and sales to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Ensures safety, quality and compliance during field service activities
