Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead global service operations from Bedford, MA. You will drive a comprehensive service strategy, oversee regional teams and third-party providers, and build a culture of accountability and technical excellence to ensure world-class field service, repair, and RMA performance.

You will strengthen customer partnerships, lead business reviews, and use service data to improve reliability and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred in engineering, business, operations management, or related discipline.
• Bachelor-level or higher experience in field service leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for service operations, including regional teams and third-party providers.
• Develop and execute a global service strategy aligned with growth objectives and customer expectations.
• Build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent across the service organization, including succession planning and certification programs.
• Serve as executive escalation point for critical customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
