Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Manager, Field Services to lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians supporting capital equipment and services. You will drive a culture of exceeding customer expectations and ensure outstanding service across the West Region.

You will manage daily field operations, coach staff, handle escalations, and align with quality systems and KPIs, while traveling up to 75% to support sites and the Arden Hills campus as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, electronics, biomedical technology, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years in field service, technical support, or equipment servicing with complex electro‑mechanical systems.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role coaching and guiding others.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the West U.S. region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians to meet service goals.
