Job summary

SteelcoBelimed, established in 2024, seeks a Field Service Manager to lead the designated service region across the US Northeast. You will oversee workforce selection, performance, and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer relations.

You will manage a team of at least 10 technicians, drive field efficiency, and collaborate with Sales to grow service opportunities. Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight and international travel with a valid passport is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing a field team of 10+ technicians.
• Ability to analyze data and solve business problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
• Ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the designated service region, including workforce selection, performance management, P&L monitoring, and customer relations.
• Monitor service territory revenue, expenses, and base penetration while driving safety and operational improvements.
• Develop growth and profitability of the field service by tracking financial performance and adding service opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to secure capital equipment sales and retain current business; present service offerings as needed.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of the field service team; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Design and implement profitable service programs that generate leads and ensure excellent customer service.
• Foster seamless collaboration between Sales and Service to boost profitability and efficiency.
