Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Field Service Analyst to train users on Gotham, Gaia, and Foundry, troubleshoot issues, and develop new use cases. You will work with analysts to resolve complex problems and help improve software based on user feedback.

The role involves global collaboration and direct input on feature enhancements. Must have TS/SCI clearance and be willing to travel as needed to support customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham and teaching users.
• Experience in classroom or deskside training.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across software.
• Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions.
