Job summary

The position requires engineering discipline, 5–9 years of management experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or engineering technology with 5 years of project and personnel management or 9 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Less than 10%).
• Strong knowledge of power generation systems and ability to interpret blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate field service engineers and oversee staff competence.
• Plan and monitor commissioning and service projects to meet goals.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of systems per RRSA specs; evaluate component conformity.
• Provide guidance to technicians and resolve customer problems.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses against project budgets.
