Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or engineering technology and 5 years of project and personnel management, failure analysis, service engineering or technical service support experience with diesel systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel - domestic and international (Less than 10%)
• Excellent knowledge of power system components, designs, controls, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct, and evaluate staff; oversee development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Plan and monitor gas and diesel systems commissioning and service projects to meet goals.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure installations meet specifications.
• Coordinate field inspections of failed parts to identify causes and prevent future incidents.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to technicians and customers; verify results and quality.
