Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor inspection and metrology systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades in cleanroom environments.
• Interface with customers to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Support system integration, calibration, and testing; document service reports.
