Job summary

Sealed Air in Duncan, OK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the North American liquid packaging business. The role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining bag-in-box equipment at customer sites, with travel across US/Canada and the Caribbean.

You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, read schematics and drawings, and contribute to service documentation, while delivering reliable equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of field service experience.
• Experience with aseptic and/or pasteurized packaging equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PLC-related software (Rockwell, Omron).

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites in US, Canada, and Caribbean to install, repair, or maintain liquid packaging equipment.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support and guide customers step-by-step to resolve issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, bills of materials, electrical schematics, and P&IDs to support maintenance.
• Develop and update service procedures and review production lines to identify packaging issues and improve efficiency.
• Prepare detailed service reports and proposals to improve equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
