Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer for industrial automation and international deployments. You will install, test, and commission complex equipment, then lead FAT/SAT across global client sites, reporting to leadership with high operational visibility.

The role requires 2+ years in electro-mechanical service, travel 40–70 days/year, and a passport. Base salary up to $80,000 with per diem and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on machinery service/commissioning experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and interpret multi-page schematics.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year with a valid passport.
• Customer-facing communication and professional demeanor.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI with mechanical/electrical field tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and Site Acceptance Testing at client facilities worldwide.
• Perform Electro-Mechanical diagnostics to isolate faults and implement solutions.
• Manage PLC/HMI software deployments and high-voltage panel safety practices.
• Schedule and lead internal FAT procedures prior to shipment.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights.
• Oversee technical setup for industry trade shows.
