Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer for industrial automation and global deployments in the Menomonee Falls, WI area. The role requires hands-on commissioning, FAT/SAT experience, and international travel with a base salary up to $80,000 plus per diem.

You will lead on-site installations, diagnose electro‑mechanical systems, and collaborate with design engineers to drive ECR changes. Direct-hire, first shift, with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical industrial machinery experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and read multi‑page schematics.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year and operate internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site machinery installations and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Perform PLC/HMI software downloads and verify control logic parameters.
• Conduct FAT procedures on production floor prior to shipment.
• Submit ECRs to design engineering based on field insights.
• Oversee technical setup and electrical hookup for industry trade shows.
• Provide operator training and field service documentation.
