Job summary

1Password is hiring a Director, Global Field Sales Operations to lead the operating rhythm for a global sales organization serving SMB through Enterprise across regions. You will drive forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and productivity initiatives, building a scalable field ops function.

This remote role covers the USA and Canada and reports to Revenue Operations leadership. You will partner with leaders to drive quarterly priorities, establish global standards, and guide large-deal

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales operations or revenue operations within B2B software.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience leading annual planning and territory design.
• Experience supporting multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
• Ability to influence decisions with data and build relationships with senior leaders.
• Experience using Salesforce and AI to improve forecasting or productivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leaders to set quarterly priorities and hiring plans.
• Establish global forecast and pipeline review standards.
• Develop independent forecasts per team and lead large-deal reviews.
• Improve sales productivity with better coverage and ramping.
• Lead AI adoption in forecasting and pipeline work.
• Coordinate annual planning with Sales Strategy and Enablement.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global field sales operations team.
