Job summary

1Password is seeking a Director, Global Field Sales Operations to partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to run the operating rhythm of a global sales org servicing SMB to Enterprise.

You will lead forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and productivity initiatives while building a scalable field operations function. This is a remote role in the USA or Canada, reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy within B2B software.
• 3+ years leading teams across multiple regions.
• Experience with Salesforce and AI to improve forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly priorities with Sales leadership and align hiring plans.
• Establish global standards for forecast calls and pipeline reviews.
• Develop independent forecasts for each team and lead large-deal reviews.
• Improve sales productivity with better coverage and ramping.
• Lead the use of AI in forecasting and pipeline work.
• Run annual planning with Sales Strategy and Enablement.
