Job summary

KLA is seeking a Product Install Engineer to lead on-site installation and qualification of sophisticated semiconductor equipment at customer sites worldwide. You’ll ensure installations meet schedule goals, quality standards, and secure warranty sign‑off while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong electronics/optics knowledge, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to travel extensively across domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics tech or related field.
• Experience supporting complex capital equipment in semiconductor environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, on schedule and to quality standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation; document results.
• Coordinate with regions, engineering, and customers to transfer tool ownership and secure warranties.
