Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead a portfolio of global network fiber builds within GCID. You will coordinate planning, engineering, and deployment, delivering on time while managing risk and stakeholders.

The role demands senior program management experience in data center or telecom infrastructure, with strong communication and data-driven updates to leadership. On-site in Denver, CO, at AWS data centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure experience for data centers or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Knowledge of infrastructure best practices and emerging technologies (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio management across the program, prioritizing builds and reporting integrated status to leadership.
• Drive the implementation of large-scale telecommunication infrastructure deployments on a global scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to gather telecommunication infrastructure deployment requirements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Program manage from intake, engineering, business development, material acquisition, deployment, and closeout.
• Provide deployment support for projects, augmenting the local region TIPM across the globe.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead regular executive updates and cross-functional team communications.
