Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA, is seeking a Program Manager to drive operational improvements within AWS Global Network Delivery.

You will lead planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects, develop data-driven process improvements, and partner with internal customers and external suppliers. Responsibilities include defining health metrics, creating reports, developing SOPs, and managing change.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery tasks of multiple project/programs simultaneously.
Determine process health metrics and KPIs and develop data visualization reports illustrating process health.
Identify process improvement opportunities and gather user requirements with key customers.
Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions.
Develop standard operating procedures, change/communication plans, and status updates.
