Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale fiber deployment programs within AWS GCID-FD. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage vendors, and drive quality and risk programs, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-scope delivery across the Americas.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and hands-on execution across planning, construction, and handoff phases in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale physical infrastructure deployment programs.
• Lead projects from planning through handoff including vendor coordination and field execution.
• Strong vendor and contractor management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fiber deployment programs from planning through construction completion and handoff.
• Build and manage complex infrastructure programs with milestones, schedules, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Drive execution across vendors, contractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a standardized QC framework with pre-/post-construction inspections.
• Develop vendor performance measurement programs using quality and delivery KPIs.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and ensure successful handoff of deployed infrastructure.
