Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
• 3+ years Outside Plant fiber deployment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor delivery of physical infrastructure projects and ensure fiber readiness for circuit and data center turn-up.
• Drive overall Network Infrastructure strategy for long-haul circuits as a GCID-Fiber Deployment team member.
• Manage vendor performance using KPIs and on-time delivery.
• Interface with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure vendor adherence to business needs.
• Develop a quality management program to track defects and drive root-cause analysis.
• Ensure completed projects meet engineering requirements for fiber and hardware components.
• Define power, grounding, and DC/AC requirements for long-haul deployments.
• Track and manage approved network plans with stakeholders until in service.
