Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will lead feasibility analyses, coordinate with sponsors and internal teams, and deliver high-quality pre-award assessments to enable site selection and study strategy.

The role requires independent work, strong scientific communication, and flexibility to travel as needed. Candidates should have CRO/Pharma experience and advanced MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently on RFP and paid feasibility across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• No project oversight; limited mentoring may occur.
• Coordinates work of other team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives.
• Liais es with Business Units and other stakeholders to review sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Researches scientific literature using internet and internal metrics.
• Supports bid defense material preparation and meetings.
• Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility, recruitment, and site identification.
• M aintains comprehensive records in internal libraries.
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and data storage/retrieval.
• Delivers pre-award site feasibility assessments to stakeholders.
• Evaluates informatics tools for feasibility assessment.
• Exhibits excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Builds relationships to support study strategies as SME.
