Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently manage RFPs and paid feasibility analyses, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet timelines and site selection goals.

You will leverage extensive data analysis, literature review, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable feasibility insights and optimize study strategies for sponsors in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Experience interpreting scientific data and research methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing data to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and propose approaches.
• Liaise with sponsors and internal stakeholders on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to department objectives.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact and site identification.
• Maintain records and data libraries for audits.
