Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility studies across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently manage RFPs and paid feasibility assessments, coordinating with internal teams to align timelines and requirements.

Applicants should have a science background, strong English communication, and proven ability to synthesize literature and data. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Ability to present complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in CRO/Pharma industry.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little to no oversight towards RFP and standalone paid feasibility objectives across all indications.
• Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and related metrics.
• Reviews and delivers pre-award site feasibility assessments to internal/external stakeholders.
