Job summary

Ravensburger North America, Inc. is seeking a Fan Event Coordinator to drive the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of fan experiences across North America and international markets.

You will lead convention activations, retail programs, and community events to deepen player connections and grow the global fan base. The ideal candidate combines strong event management skills with a passion for creating exceptional fan experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in live events, fan engagement, or experiential marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project-management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including weekends and international trips.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute fan-facing events from planning through post-event reporting.
• Manage event operations and logistics, including timelines, venue coordination, production schedules, shipping, staffing, inventory, signage, and onsite support.
• Support player engagement and fan experiences by coordinating VIP guests and gathering feedback from communities and retailers.
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure consistent execution across global markets.
• Track budgets, attendance, engagement metrics, and program performance; produce post-event reports and recommendations.
