Job summary

U.S. Soccer is seeking a seasoned Manager of Fan and Soccer Community Experiences to own the end-to-end fan journey across matches, tentpole events, and special moments.

You will craft emotionally resonant experiences that connect live crowds with digital content, and build scalable playbooks for multi-market executions. You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Events, Production, Ticketing, Growth, and Brand, and manage budgets to deliver memorable, data-informed experiences that

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in fan experience, experiential marketing, live events or brand experience.
• Proven design and delivery of high-impact experiential programs at national scale.
• Fluent across physical and digital fan experiences and content briefings.
• Experience programming events as content, not only logistics.
• Track record of owning significant event budgets.
• Comfort using data and fan insights to set strategy and investment.

Responsibilities

• Own the fan experience strategy across matchday, tentpole, and special events.
• Design and program national team matchday experiences and related moments.
• Develop repeatable formats and franchises for multi-market events.
• Lead integrated physical + digital fan journeys from on-site to digital reach.
• Manage partnerships with Events, Production, Ticketing, and Brand teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage the fan experience budget end to end.
