Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Event Operations Manager to plan, manage, and execute live events, brand activations, and fan experiences across sports and entertainment properties. This role involves travel up to 50%, coordinating venues, vendors, and internal teams to deliver immersive experiences for fans and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2–4 years of experience in event production, event management, experiential marketing, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with sports, entertainment, and live event environments.
Experience with event permitting in major markets or managing permitting via a 3rd party.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing event environments.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
Manage and direct on-site staff, volunteers, and vendors.
Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
Implement operational logistics plans, including loading and unloading event assets.
Coordinate team travel to and from event sites.
Address and resolve on-site challenges as they arise.
