Northern Trust is seeking a GFO Marketing Lead for Wealth Management Marketing to drive the global marketing strategy for Global Family Offices. The role collaborates with the executive team and sales leadership to translate results into new opportunities and programs.

Responsibilities include directing sponsorships, events, and digital campaigns, managing content across communications, and tracking KPIs. Hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 10% in the US is expected.

Qualificações

• 10–15 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or with Ultra High Net Worth Families/Family Offices.
• Strong strategic thinking to plan long-term profitability and performance.
• Ability to partner with leadership and coordinate cross-team marketing activities.
• Knowledge of financial products and services and related marketing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and implements the global marketing strategy for Global Family Offices in alignment with Wealth Management goals.
• Directs marketing activities including sponsorships, events, and philanthropy programs.
• Manages content strategy and communications for GFO across materials and channels.
• Leads digital marketing efforts, including advertising, lead generation, and event invitations.
• Manages the GFO marketing budget and tracks KPI performance across programs.
