Northern Trust is seeking a Head of Client/Channel Marketing for Asset Management Marketing. The role leads a global team to set strategy and execute campaigns that win clients, retain relationships, and grow revenue.

You will partner across marketing functions, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize impact. The position requires deep client-segment expertise, strong communication, and a track record of leading high-performing teams in a regulated financial environment.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive asset management marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of institutional, wealth, and intermediary client segments.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to translate difficult investment concepts into practical content and messaging.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead annual client marketing plans by channel and sub-segment.
• Shape, develop, and execute client-focused marketing campaigns.
• Oversee lead scoring, automated nurtures, and SQL/MQL processes.
