Job summary

StubHub is seeking a Lead of Global Facilities & Workplace Experience to own how our offices operate, feel, and scale across the global footprint. This role blends operations, vendor management, and culture-building to create safe, efficient spaces that support high-performing teams.

Location is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, in New York, NY or Century City, CA, with quarterly travel. You will lead multi-site facilities, space planning, budgets, and partnerships to reflect

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional workplace experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the facilities and workplace experience team across global office locations.
• Develop a long-term workplace strategy aligned with growth and hybrid work.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate culture into the physical workspace.
• Track and report on KPIs related to facilities and member experience.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all global office locations.
• Lead global vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective facilities agreements across regions.
• Manage vendor relationships for security, cleaning, and food services.
• Develop and implement organization-wide health, safety, and building regulations programs.
• Lead space planning, office moves, renovations.
• Develop and manage facilities budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with People Experience Resources and IT to ensure onboarding experience.
• Create policies and initiatives that foster collaboration.
• Monitor workplace satisfaction through feedback loops, driving continuous improvement.
