You will lead facilities and workplace experience teams, craft a long-term hybrid strategy, manage budgets, and partner with People Experience and IT to ensure a smooth onboarding and productive environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver exceptional workplace experiences.
• Excellent leadership, strong communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead global facilities and workplace experience teams across locations.
• Develop a long-term workplace strategy aligned with growth and hybrid work.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate culture into the physical workspace.
• Track KPIs related to facilities and team member experience.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, vendor negotiations, and space planning.
• Manage facilities budgets and forecasts.
