Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s license in the required discipline will be considered if able to meet all other requirements.
• Working knowledge of MS Project is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license to operate mission vehicles.
• Strong graphic and visualization skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and other visualization software.
• Experience with project management concepts to guide OBO/FAC and post Facility Management in meeting operational requirements.
• Experience with planning and construction documents for mechanical projects and coordination with related activities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal advisor to OBO/FAC; advises on development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules and management of schedule changes.
• Develops and reviews planning documents; reviews design concepts; conducts building code compliance evaluations.
• Performs peer reviews of plans, specifications, and reports.
• Develops cost-benefit analyses and life-cycle cost estimates; drafts scopes of work; conducts technical studies.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure contract stipulations are followed by contractors.
