Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the contractor's labor force, ensuring all contract requirements are met through resource management and service delivery oversight.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in O&M support services, with at least 5 years in large facility operations. A Secret Clearance and an associate's degree in Facilities Management are required. The role involves a mix of office and field work.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience in related O&M support services and/or Facilities Management.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in large facility/operations support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contractor's labor force and deploy resources for contract requirements.
• Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision.
• Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent service.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent training/certification in O&M or Facilities Management
