Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Proficiency in coordinating with vendors and managing projects.
• Technical expertise in emergency power systems and facility health monitoring.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to supervise teams and coordinate operations.
• Flexibility to support cross-functional teams and handle additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance on chillers, boilers, pumps, and related systems.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of plumbing systems and safety standards.
• Lead on-call emergency operations 24/7 and coordinate response teams.
• Collaborate with Civil Engineering teams and external vendors on facility projects.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to optimize resources.
• Lead design and QC of new or upgraded projects.
• Supervise daily operations of mechanical and plumbing teams.
• Support IT and facility management tasks as needed.
