Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems across facility operations.
• Lead on-call emergency response for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal Civil Engineering teams on facility projects.
• Engineer replacement projects for end-of-life equipment and upgrades for cooling systems.
• Supervise snow and ice removal to ensure safe facility access.
• Monitor daily facility health and implement optimization measures.
• Provide backup support to the facility manager and mentor SST team members.
