Job summary

Macro is seeking a senior leader to manage a global FM account team and supply chain partners across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. You will ensure delivery of high-quality property and facilities management services aligned with the Client’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• A degree-level qualification.
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
• IOSH/NEBOSH/OSHA qualifications, as appropriate.
• Experience in a senior leadership or account executive role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client and lead the Macro team and service partners.
• Lead the strategic development of best-in-class FM services aligned with the Client’s objectives and SLAs.
• Act as an integrator by strengthening relationships with the Client and Macro and FM partners.
• Deliver best-in-class FM services that provide a superior employee experience for visitors.
• Inspire the FM team to deliver seamless, efficient, and responsive services and develop talent.
• Lead regional managers and key account roles to maintain high standards of service under contracts.
• Understand evolving business needs and maintain value-based management for the Client account.
• Be accountable for risk management, profitability, and budget delivery across the Client account.
• Develop and coach the Macro management team and direct reports.
