Job summary

Landis+Gyr seeks a Head of Global Facilities to lead a global team and execute the company’s facilities strategy across offices worldwide. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on delivery to support business objectives, employee experience, safety, and cost efficiency.

You will drive major capital projects, office moves, renovations, expansions, and workplace modernization, while managing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and global consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications (IFMA, FMP, CFM, PMP, LEED, or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience in a multi-site, global environment.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global facilities strategy aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
• Establish global standards, policies, service levels and operating procedures across all facilities.
• Lead and develop the global facilities organization, including regional and site-based staff.
• Drive major facilities projects globally, including relocations, expansions, renovations, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage relationships with service providers and vendors, budgets, and cost optimization.
• Ensure workplace environment supports collaboration, productivity, safety, and business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with facilities, safety and regulatory requirements; lead continuity programs.
